If you would like to participate in the development of GLF OS or any other GLF projects, report bugs, request new features, or simply request documentation, you will need to use tickets. Here's how to do it.

1. You must create a Framagit account Go to the Framagit website. Click on the Sign up button and follow the instructions.

2. Search the project pages for GLF OS

There will often be several projects, so choose the right one.

3. Then select the project from the list.

4. In the left-hand menu, select Plan / Issues.

Note

Please open one issue per request. If you have multiple requests, open multiple issues.

5. Click on New Issue

6. You will be taken to the issue entry page.

7. Choose a title for your issue

Note

For ease of use, please choose a descriptive title.

8. Select the type of issue you wish to submit

Note

• By default, the selected ticket template is bug.
• Select documentation if you wish to create a ticket concerning documentation.
• Select feature if you wish to create a ticket concerning the addition of a new feature.

9. In the example below, we have chosen to create a issue about documentation.

The input field is already pre-filled automatically. Follow the instructions and explain your request clearly.

10. Review your issue and then, before validating, select a label for this issue. The label will provide a visual indication of the issue type. Here, we will select the label documentation.

11. Finally, click on the Create issue button.
